Any actual service engagements or project agreements will be subject to separate written contracts that define deliverables, pricing, and responsibilities. Until business registration is finalized, Synapptech Labs operates as an independent service provider.

All content on this website — including text, designs, and code — remains the property of Synapptech Labs or its creators. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute materials without prior written consent.

When projects are initiated, ownership of deliverables will be defined in each respective agreement. Generally, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables upon full payment.

Any non-public information shared between you and Synapptech Labs will be treated as confidential and used only for communication and project-related purposes. This obligation continues even after communication ends.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers
